Shared Expenses Apps are Now 100% Reimbursed for Eastern Idaho Residents!

Co-Parenting can be a very complex and challenging process for both you and your children. One of the heaviest burdens through it all are the shared expenses associated with divorce and establishing an effective form of communication between each co-parent in order to do what’s best for the child. SupportPay was created to ease both of those burdens.

In an effort to help foster positive communication between co-parents with shared expenses and keeping children out of the middle of a potentially contentious situation, Sixth Judicial District Family Court Services Manager Lacy Parker just launched a new reimbursement program for families using co-parenting apps. The program is currently only available to Bannock County residents, with the expectation to expand to neighboring counties as well.

What is SupportPay?

SupportPay is the 1st automated child support payment platform enabling co-parents to manage child support, alimony, and additional shared expenses directly with each other. It is simple, secure, and affordable. Our new platform just launched, which includes a clean, user-friendly interface and a long list of new features; including receipt scanning, full document & case management, in-app disputes, and custom payment & category options.

How It Works

Obtaining reimbursement is easy! Simply visit Supportpay.com or download the mobile app, create an account, and register for our annual premium membership. We’ll send you a digital receipt for proof of purchase, and after 30 days you can submit your receipt with your completed FCS Funding Application to receive reimbursement. Managing shared expenses just got much easier!

Requirements for Reimbursement

  • Parents will need to attend “Focus on Children”, a required co-parenting class for couples going through a divorce or modifying a custody agreement.
  • They must use the app for 30 days before they can apply for reimbursement. Reimbursement for each app is based on a yearly or lifetime membership. Users are encouraged to avoid the monthly membership.
  • Right now the program is only available to Bannock County residents, with plans to expand.
  • Funding is based on a sliding fee scale.
